Gobble Gobble! Turkey Time is here again!

With Thanksgiving upon us I was wondering what your favorite way to cook a turkey is. My personal favorite is to Pit Roast the bird. Since I go out to the sand dune of Glamis California every year for the holiday it is really easy to dig a pit and cook a bird for a day. But what about the rest of you? Anybody here Deep Fry turkeys? Deep Fring is an excelent way to cook your bird. And of course we can't forget the standard way of cooking it in the oven.

So what do all of you like to do with your holiday bird?
