    Cutting the .090 sheet metal can be done in a lot of ways, but for the most controlled precise cutting I often used the giant band saw at Poly Performance.  Of course proper safety equipment such as gloves and glasses is required to keep all my valuable typing digits and photography eyes in place . I did find some of those noise cancelation headphones help reduce outside clatter pretty well, though having Static-X blasting from my ipod certainly doesn't help my ears much.
