hole saw shock mounts

So after some voting and fighting we finally decided on the direction...

...to go with the rear shock mounts on the buggy. It is a boxed triangle with a triangle window (no glass) for rearward visibility, and a few rows of dimple died holes for additional structural rigidity.A template of cardbored was made first, then a second template of aluminum, and then the final piece made of chromoly sheet. We made each inner and out piece first, then tacked them in place before attaching the center triangles where the shock will actually attach. It was cut out with the band saw, and then hole saws were used for the dimple die holes and the round corners of the window.Bottom plates were also made, but they have openings to drain dirt, mud, water, and any small rocks that get thrown up into the mounts.
