I spent another day at Marlin Crawler last week checking on the progress of Clampy and the engine swap. The old 22 RE has been pulled as well as the transmission and dual cases.  Marlin’s team has built Clampy a new R150F 5-speed transmission to replace the older G54 that had been installed years ago and this will offer the Clampster some serious beef in the gearing dept.  Plus since the frame had parts from the old Total Chaos long travel independent suspension still lingering in addition to some rust and sloppy cutting when I swapped the dana 60 solid axle up front we opted to clean everything off and start fresh with some new frame plates and new shock mounts.
