This weekend I'll be in Canada taking pictures at the Fall 4x4 Mud Fest at Gopher Dunes just south of Woodstock, Ontario, Canada, so come on out and have some fun. BY THE WAY, IF YOU SEE A GUY LIKE THE ONE IN THE ABOVE PHOTO, DO SOMETHING COOL, BUT DON'T RUN HIM OVER OR YOU'LL NEVER GET IN THE MAGAZINE.

FALL 4x4 MUD-FEST
SUNDAY, September 14, 2008 @ GoPHER DUNES
OPEN TO 4X4 TRUCKS & JEEPS ONLY!
**Absolutely NO ATV's or bikes allowed ** (with the exception of security staff)
The "GoPHER DUNES 4x4 MUD FEST" has come to be known as one of the biggest off-road truck events of its sort in the Nation! This event is open to 4x4 trucks & jeeps only! This is a non-competitive event where the 4-wheel drive vehicles will have an opportunity to challenge their mud-slinging abilities by manoeuvring through various mud pits, over rock climbing obstacles and through a section of trails.
First time to unfold at the Dunes & to make it down into the history books: on this day at 11am "Tammy & Nick" will be exchanging their 'Wedding Vows' in a very unique & memorable setting while all in attendance can witness them "tie the knot" in true

Gates open at 8:00am on Sunday, September 14th.
Truck registration is from 9am to 12 noon followed by a mandatory drivers' meeting at 12:15pm.
MUD-RUN begins at 12:30pm & all trucks must be registered prior to the drivers' meeting for which all drivers must be
in attendance. No registration after 12:30pm.
GATE ADMISSION: $15.00 per adult (including drivers) & $10.00 for children up to age 13
A Waiver Release must be signed by all participants, passengers and spectators entering the property. When signing a wavier, the
individual states that he/she has read and is aware of the entire content of the Release & Waiver of Liability & Indemnity Agreement (which can also be read on our website www.gopherdunes.com ). They are assuming full responsibility for their actions and have resigned themselves from holding any individual or the premises itself responsible in any way. Anyone not willing to abide by the rules and clauses
of this waiver, must inform us of such, and they will be forbidden to enter the premises. The event will be supervised by Police Officers & Security Staff who can and will charge accordingly those disobeying the rules, causing disturbances, or breaking the law in any way whatsoever!
TRUCK ENTRY FEE: $25.00 per vehicle (must have valid drivers' licence)
ADDITIONAL DRIVER FEE: $15.00 (for an already registered vehicle)
ENTRY FORMS can be downloaded & printed off our website --- entries are accepted only on day of the event!
Seatbelts are mandatory for drivers and any passengers, and helmets required by those in open vehicles.
Refreshments & food will be available at the WISECO Pavilion.
The Courtland Firefighters will once again set up Beer Tents serving beverages to non-drivers.
Alcohol can only be consumed in the licenced fenced-off areas. No Glass Containers Allowed on Property!
Absolutely NO Trunk Bars!!! Age of Majority ID must be shown, when requested.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times! No dogs allowed on property for this event.
No overnight camping allowed the night prior!
For anyone keen on seeing some mud-slingin' red-neck dirt-power kinda' fun --- this is an event you won't want to miss!! We don't aim to please everybody -- we just aim to please the best of 'em!!!
