M37 bottle opener

there is an old saying that every truck has a bottle opener, and it only reveals this bottle opener when it it good and ready to.

I'm not sure if that's true or not, but after getting the Dumpster M37 home, i sat and looked at it a long time trying to figure out a build plan.  I'm not sure if I figured out the build completely, but I did find the bottle opener, so I must be getting close.
