Most of it was done by vehicle owners who needed to have something unique, but some OEM's also played with wild paint schemes. Toyota was one of them that had some pretty crazy paint going on and I found this example in a parking lot the other day. It's nice to see something with some pizazz these days when everything coming from the dealerships is either black, white, or silver.
