Sitting outside dmv at 6:45 am. Waiting for it to open at 8 am.

So I can get license plates before Moab.  This is crazy.

1. D'oh!! They are over-rated anyway!! Just keep the tires covered to keep the PD happy and you could probably make a European plate to get by!! Then again.... might not look too good to have the Fun Buggy getting a ticket and impounded for no plates, even if it is DOT legal!! Those Moab EJS cops will find something!
They told me the last few years that as long as you are not out cruising around town, and just going to and from trails... you are pretty safe. But I would still build removable mudflaps for those that have tires sticking out like me!
