The Mahindra trucks from India are delayed again, until February is the latest information, but I really hope they get here soon.
Why you ask? Because for one I want a small diesel 4x4 truck to come to the US market. Something reliable, tough, and basic. Every other country has them but us, and I feel it's time for us to get small fuel efficient trucks. Second many of the other manufacturers already make these types of trucks, Ford has a diesel Ranger, GM/Isuzu has a diesel Colorado/Dmax, and Toyota has long had the diesel Hilux compact truck. I just hope that the arrival of the Mahindra get these other big OEM's to start sending these trucks to our dealerships.
