Victory is Mine

coffee and jeeps

Everyday I go to the local donut shop and get a cup of coffee, and today I drove my Jeep there.

It's the little victories that make life so enjoyable.  Sure I'd love to drive my flatfender from Alaska to Florida, but first just getting down the road is all I need for now.  The coffee was hot, the flatfender ran like a top (other than the normal clanking and rattling) and life was good.  The jeep still needs a fair bit of work, springs are sagged out, wiring is a mess, seats are junk, but it got me there and back making it a victory in my book.
