Deuce-Enberg

Duesenberg

I have more project truck ideas than time or money, so hopefully one of you will build this.  Duesenbergs were amazing luxury cars from start of the 20th century, but that look of a small cockpit and an enormously large hood has been lost save some sports cars like Vette's and Vipers.  As happens I was eating dinner last night and came up with this idea, build a Duesenberg style vehicle based on a 4x4.  Maybe a small pickup cab on a long truck chassis, similar to a southern cab truck but with even more hood.

This then spawned the Deuce-Enberg.  Start with a deuce and a half (2 1?2-ton) military truck, move the cab to the back build a giant hood, and have a crazy stretch machine.  I'm not sure it would be any better for off roading, but it would be unique for sure.  One problem would be you might need to switch to an automatic since the manual would be feet ahead of the cab.
