With my '04 Subaru WRX now in the hands of a new owner I realized that I no long own anything that is capable of achieving over 22 MPG. Sure, my Cummins powered Ram can come close from time to time, but not with the frequency of my old wagon.
I guess the reality is MPG isn't that important to me. Admittedly, I am pretty cheap. So if I can drive something with excellent fuel economy, I will. I suppose that I have come to the realization that I would rather drive a vehicle that I am comfortable in, versus some eco box that I feel could easily be crushed in a collision on the freeway.
