Breaking news from the 4Wheel & Off-Road camp!
4WOR and Craftsman have teamed up to build an 2010 Ford F-150 for the 2010 SEMA (Special Equipment Manufacturers Association) show. Working with Galpin Ford, 4Wheel Parts, Pro Comp Suspension, BFGoodrich Tires, and KMC wheels (as well as a few other sponsors) we're putting it into overdrive to finish up the build before the big show in Vegas.
Not only are we shooting to have a cutting edge truck, but we're hoping that it will be the coolest of the three. What three might you ask? Well, in addition to 4Wheel building an F-150, so is Hot Rod magazine and Diesel Power is even in the mix with a 2010 F-250.
Each of the magazines are on the same time crunch to finish the trucks before SEMA. The goal is to have the trucks to the show on time and to let you (more details on this later) be the judge on which build is the best.
Obviously, ours will be the best, but we're sure the DP and Hot Rod guys will conjure up some nice stuff too. While we don't want to give away the entire build up, here are a few sneak peeks from the Pro Comp Stage II suspension install that we did at the Van Nuys, California 4Wheel Parts location.
